The Training comprises Principles of Communication for Development(C4D) and Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) using radio programming. Potential candidates for the training are broadcasters, radio station managers, and project implementers (NGO). Contents/topics of the training (according to the project cause) include: - Development of a project slogan - Development of radio messages - Development of weekly programme themes - Development of a weekly programme matrix - Community participation - Community feedback and evaluation of the impact of radio programming
